Chickpea Tuna Salad

You don't need that creature from the sea, when you can have chickpea! Try out this healthy fish-free "tuna salad"!



  1. Using a mesh strainer, drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. In mixing bowl, add chickpeas and mash with fork until you reach desired texture.
  3. Mix in celery and bell pepper. Add mayo, relish, yeast flakes, onion powder, paprika, salt and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Serve in lettuce wraps, on a sandwich or with crackers.
  5. Eat and Enjoy-to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
