Tofu Mayo

Ingredients
- 1 package silken tofu
- 1/4 cup flax seed oil
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon agave
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

- Blend all ingredients (EXCEPT for the oil) until smooth.
- NOTE: We are not into a lot of salt. Sample a small amount of this mixture on the tip of your finger, and determine if you'll want to add more to taste.
- Add oil, and blend for an additional 2 minutes.
