Tofu Mayo

A dressing, a topping, or a versatile dip - try this Tofu Mayo on spring salad or some chips.




  1. Blend all ingredients (EXCEPT for the oil) until smooth.
  2. NOTE: We are not into a lot of salt. Sample a small amount of this mixture on the tip of your finger, and determine if you'll want to add more to taste.
  3. Add oil, and blend for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
