5-Minute Soy Mayonnaise

Your veggie burger does not have to be dry! Go on, give our healthy soy-based mayo a try! But it doesn't live by burger alone, it makes for an excellent companion to any dish.

  1. Blend first three ingredients on high for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Slowly dribble in oil, blending for an additional full minute after all of oil has been added.
  3. Stop blender and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Put into a covered container and chill.
  5. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
