Walnut Spread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup pimentos
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

- Blend all "Creamy Cashew Sauce" ingredients together, until smooth. Set aside in a bowl.
- Blend walnuts, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, green olives and onions together, until creamy.
- Mix remaining ingredients together to combine.
- Add creamy cashew sauce to create a spread.
- Cover and refrigerate to marinate for a couple of hours. Serve with crackers, bread, or celery sticks.
