Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray large baking dish with non-stick spray
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, cashew cheese, onions, garlic powder and sea salt
  3. Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, lemon juice and 1 cup of pepper jack cheese
  4. Spoon into prepared baking dish, and top with remaining pepper jack cheese
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm
  7. Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
