Strawberry Sauce

Just as high in Vitamin C as it is sweet, this versatile fruit sauce is a delicious and healthy topping for waffles or pancakes; save the leftovers (if there are any) for marmalade!

  1. Other fruits that can be used to make a fruit sauce are blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mixed berries, kiwis, frozen peaches, mangoes, etc. The list goes on...
  2. Blend all ingredients (EXCEPT the frozen fruit) until smooth.
  3. Place the frozen strawberries into a medium pot.
  4. Add blended ingredients, and simmer on medium heat.
  5. Stir the mixture, and continue stirring until the sauce reaches the desired thickness.
  6. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
