Scrambled Tofu I

Ounce-for-ounce, tofu is a powerhouse packed with more nutriment than its eggy foe. Give them a try... this simple, yet elegant, alternative will not leave you disappointed!

  1. Rinse, drain, and pat dry tofu.
  2. Crumble tofu in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large sauté pan (over medium heat), heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until soft.
  4. Add tofu and stir.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 7 minutes (stir occasionally).
  6. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
