“Curried” Lentil Stew!

A Lentil Stew recipe that you won’t have to sell your birthright for! The gentle flavor of the coconut perfectly complements the robust herbal blend of seasoned vegetables.

  1. Wash lentils, and add them along with the 7 cups of water in a medium size pot.
  2. Place pot on the stove top at medium to high heat, and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. After lentils are finished cooking, turn off the stove and let sit until you're ready to combine them with the rest of the stew (in the steps below).
  4. NOTE: These cooked lentils can be stored away until the next day (if you don’t have the time to follow through with the remaining steps below - to complete the stew). They’ll be perfectly fine... we do this sometimes!
