Oven Roasted Potatoes

Bite-sized, baked, and seasoned to perfection! Definitely not your average potato: these little yukon golds look more and more like the golden wedge of Ophir, with every serving.



5min 30-45min 30-40min

  1. Preheat oven, temperature set for 425° F.
  2. Toss the potatoes with the oil.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together, then sprinkle over oiled potatoes.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes; then remove and toss the potatoes to ensure even browning on all sides.
  5. Return to oven and bake for 10-25 minutes more, until desired texture. (We like ours a little crispy)
