Requested by many - the black bean recipe from Camp Meeting 2015! Available at your table, so you can enjoy its smooth consistency and mild flavor again and again!

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot, set over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the beans and add to the onions and garlic.
  4. Stir in bouillon and coconut milk, along with bay leaf.
  5. Bring to a boil. Stir, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover partially with a lid.
  6. Add the salt and cook 10 minutes (flavours should be well blended).
  7. Remove beans from the heat. Serve with steamed brown rice, quinoa or couscous.
  8. Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
