These regal waffles make you glad to be a part of the Royal Priesthood. Heart-healthy, protein-packed, omega-3 fortified... all the sons and daughters of God will shout for joy!

  1. Preheat waffle iron according to desired texture (soft or crispy; see note below).
  2. Blend all ingredients (except sesame seeds) together until smooth.
  3. When waffle iron is hot, coat the griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. If you're opting to use the sesame seeds, sprinkle some on the bottom griddle for easy removal and enhanced flavor.
  5. Pour batter in (and if you're opting to use the sesame seeds, sprinkle some more on top of the batter).
  6. Close lid and bake (see note below for details).
