Frosted Carob Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Brew roma with water and set to cool.
  3. Combine egg replacer, lemon juice, milk, oil, vanilla, and roma liquid in a bowl.
  4. Combine flour, sugar, carob powder, baking powder, and in another bowl.
  5. Mix wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
