Roma & Walnut Bread

A lovely bread for your table spread!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly grease backing pan.
  3. Sift together all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Stir wet ingredients into the dry. Gently mix together until combined. (Do not overmix...there is chemistry going on here.)
  6. Gently fold in walnuts (do not overmix), and pour batter into pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean).
  8. Let cool before removing from pan.
