Oatmeal Bake

A hearty breakfast full of essential vitamins and minerals. This healthful treat is also delicious to eat!

  1. Place peaches and dates in bottom of 8" x 8" baking dish. Spread oats and sprinkle nuts over oats.
  2. Mix together soy milk, vanilla, and salt, and pour over oats. Sprinkle coconut on the top.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees, for 40 minutes; or until top is golden brown.
